Meet the Staff

Pamela Warley, Office Manager, has been in the dental field for seventeen years. She has been with Dr. Garine since February 2007. She is originally from Toledo, Ohio and moved to Florida thirty three years ago. She has three siblings, who still live in Ohio and Michigan along with three nephews and nieces, and eight great nephews and nieces.

Pam currently lives in Stuart, Florida with her husband Glenn Adkins, whom she helps out with his mural painting business on her days off. She has two step children who both live in Palm Beach County and two twin granddaughters.

Pamela was a lead singer and leader of her band, “The Little Big Band” before entering the dental field. She played at five star hotels including, The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach and The Cloister Hotel in Sea Island, Georgia with her husband Glenn, who played drums and was the music arranger. She also danced and taught ballroom dancing with Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire dance studios.

On her weekends she enjoys, walking, playing golf, swimming, reading, dancing, and singing. On her vacations she and Glenn love to travel to new and exciting places. Just recently they both did the "Sky Jump" off the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Almost 900 feet down! 

Pam says, "I love life and communicating with people every day. I enjoy seeing the happiness in the faces of our patients after they have completed their dental treatment with Dr. Garine. I love my job!"

With over ten years experience in the field, Jessica holds certifications for Dental x-rays, Expanded Functions, and Fabrication of Temporary Crowns and Bridges. She began working with Garine Prosthodontics in 2006 as a dental assistant. Jessica is now a dental lab technician, trained at Indian River State College. She graduated with honors in 2010 from the two-year full time program, while working full time in the dental office as well. She and Dr. Garine specialize in restoring smiles through a commitment to continuing education and attention to detail. Their dedication is reflected in the quality of their care.

Pamela and Jessica are coordinators for the Seaside Study Club, affiliate of the Seattle Study Club, and they help plan and organize the monthly meetings of members and featured speakers. Jessica has passed the Recognized graduate Exam, one of three exams to complete to become a Certified lab Technician.

In 2011 Jessica was touched by a non- profit organization, Surfers for Autism. She has supported them previously by going to events and fundraisers, but it wasn’t until she became a volunteer, that she realized how she could have so much fun, while making a difference in someone’s life.

Alissa Danielle Emily Orberg, born of Jupiter Florida, has been working for Dr. Garine since October 2007. She works with the team two days a week and fills in for other local hygienists all over the Jupiter, Tequesta, and Juno Areas. Her two years spent in dental hygiene school were done at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, with their state of the art dental clinic.

"So where does she spend her free time?" you wonder. Recently married on April 9, 2011, she and her husband Derek like going to the movies and taking the boat out for a spin. Derek, being from North Carolina, says BBQ done at home is the only way to go for them, with friends and family sharing the feast.

Her close-knit family includes her younger brother, Taylor and two fantastic parents, Mark and Lori, who are also local Jupiter residents.
